CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wood:

Wood is a natural material, it can change color and develop a patina over time.

When caring for the wood, we recommend using only a clean, dry cloth. If the surface is dirty, wipe with a clean cloth wrung out in water.

Do not use mild soap or solvents such as alcohol, turpentine or acetone. Do not use cleaning products containing alcohol, as they may cause damage.

Fabric :

We use only the highest quality fabrics, but all colors can fade and seams can weaken when exposed to sunlight or high heat.

Dust damages fabrics. Regular vacuuming is recommended to keep your furniture in good condition as long as possible.

Absorb liquids immediately with a clean absorbent cloth, dabbing gently toward the center of the stain.

Do not use concentrated detergents or bleach, ammonia or other harsh products.

DELIVERY

Shipping within 5 to 8 weeks.

Delivery is handled by Guisnel in the following countries :

• Norway

In France, delivery takes approximately 1 week to 10 days.

For other countries, delivery times range from 2 to 3 weeks depending on the destination.

In France, Belgium and Spain, delivery includes assembly, installation in the room of your choice, and removal of packaging.

In other countries, delivery is made to the doorstep or building entrance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and an email to confirm the delivery and choose a convenient date. One week before delivery, the route is finalized and you will be informed of a half-day time slot. 

Please note : if the delivery is not confirmed, it will not be scheduled.

RETURNS 

As part of our responsible manufacturing approach, our furniture pieces are produced in small series or made to order.

This is why we do not accept returns on this category.
