All our purchases are sent within 48 hours (opening hours) following your order except in exceptional circumstances. If exceptional case (sales period or stock shortage for example), the deadline of shipping will be specified in the product sheet.
If your order includes several articles with different deadlines, it will be sent as soon as they are all available.
The return is free of charge in France (except in sales period) but chargeable to the customer worldwide. You have a deadline of 14 days after reception of your order to return your purchases against refund if they do not suit.
The refund will be guaranteed within a maximum of thirty days from the date on which the Customer informs the Seller of the cancellation of the order.
Products can be returned to their packaging and to their home state.
Before sticking your wallpaper:
- check the condition of your rollers
- make sure you have the same color for each roll
- make sure your walls are holy, clean and free of grease and moisture: painted walls must be stripped, sanded and cleaned.
For the installation of your wallpaper:
- use a glue adapted to the quality of the wallpaper (intissé)
- apply the glue proportionally on the wall
- place the dry panel: from the center to the ends to drive away the air bubbles
- cut the edges
- Place the following panels, edge to edge
- remove excess glue with a spatula or a slightly damp sponge
- do not use a rag or rub
