SHIPPING
The shipping time of the orders is indicated in the product sheet.
Except for furniture orders, all our orders are shipped within 48 working hours after your order except :
- During sales periods, the delay can be extended by 3 days.
- Exceptional case, in this case the delay is mentioned in the article sheet.
If your order includes several articles with different delivery times, it will be sent as soon as all the articles are available.
For an order of furniture, the expedition is done under 5 to 8 weeks.
DELIVERY
In Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, when placing your order, you have the choice between :
GLS at home
- Delivery time : Delivery within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch of the order.
GLS relay point
- Delivery time : Delivery within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch of the order
- Delivery to one of the GLS Relays of your choice
- The parcel remains at disposal 10 working days in the point of withdrawal.
International delivery:
Colissimo international against signature:
- The price of the delivery varies according to the countries, it will be evaluated at the time of the indication of your address of delivery.
- It is possible that customs charges are added to your order according to the legislation of the country in which you are delivered.
- Your package will be delivered within 5 to 14 working days, depending on the destination.
- The package is delivered against a signature. In case of absence, you will be advised by a notice of passage indicating the availability of your package in the post office.
- The delivery is ensured by the post office or by a carrier of the country of destination.
For a furniture order :
Agediss ensures our furniture deliveries.
In Metropolitan France, you have the choice between premium delivery (2 hours in the room of use with unpacking and return of packaging) or basic delivery (half a day in front of your home, at the foot of the truck).
Outside Metropolitan France, we offer premium delivery (2 hours in the room of use with unpacking and return of packaging).
For France, delivery within 6 to 7 days, depending on the appointment.
For Corsica, delivery within 15 days.
For Benelux, delivery within 6 to 10 days.
For Germany and Austria, delivery within 15 to 20 days.
Delivery is free in France for orders over 150€, except for furniture orders.
RETURN
You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases for a refund. Returns are free of charge in metropolitan France except for products on sale, in which case the return costs are charged to the customer.
Items must be returned unused and unwashed in their original packaging, with the labels and the delivery slip received. As soon as we receive the returned products in our premises, we will start the refund procedure.
No return is possible on products made in semi or made-to-measure.
How to make a return ?
In the case of a standard return

Generate and print your return form
Carefully pack the product(s), with the labels, unused and unwashed
You will receive, within 48 hours, by email, a Colissimo slip to stick on your package
Put the return form in your parcel and use the received form to send it back to us.
You can drop off your parcel at the post office, at a retailer of the Post Office network and in your mailbox (on request on www.laposte.fr/retour)
If your return concerns products on sale or if you do not live in metropolitan France
Connect to your customer account, "MY ORDERS" area
Generate and print your return form
Carefully pack the product(s), with the labels, unused and unwashed
Put the return form in your package and send it back to the following address :

We do not do standard exchanges. To order another item, just place an order on the e-shop.
