RETURN
. Returns from France are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. For furniture, returns are charged to the customer.
. Go to the site, log in to your customer account/“my orders” sections and follow the instructions to print the return slip.
Always remove stains quickly before they can permanently damage objects.
Avoid placing them in direct sunlight or near a strong heat source to reduce the risk of color change.
Wood :
As wood is a natural material, it can change color and patina over time.
For the maintenance of the feet, we recommend that you only use a clean, dry cloth. If the surface is dirty, wipe with a clean cloth wrung out in water.
Do not use mild soap or solvents such as alcohol, turpentine or acetone.
Do not use cleaning products containing alcohol, as they may cause damage.
Fabric:
We only use high quality fabrics but colors may fade and seams weaken when exposed to sunlight or high heat.
To maintain the lampshade, remove the dust using a clean, dry cloth; dust damages the fabrics. For thorough cleaning, use a clean cloth soaked in a few drops of water and white vinegar (be careful not to wet the lampshade too much so as not to damage it).
