DELIVERY

RETURN
. Returns from France are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. For furniture, returns are charged to the customer.
. Go to the site, log in to your customer account/“my orders” sections and follow the instructions to print the return slip.
- Vacuum your rug daily at low power in the direction of the wool to avoid damaging the material.
- Immediately blot the stain with a clean, absorbent towel and clean with mild soap and cold water
- Caution: do not use corrosive products such as ammonia, hydrogen peroxide or even bleach.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity
