How can I subscribe/unsubscribe from the answer ?
- You can subscribe via the pop-up that appears when you arrive on the site or by scrolling down to the bottom left corner of the homepage and clocking "Subscribe to the Newsletter".
- To unsubscribe, scroll to the bottom of any newsletter and click 'Unsubscribe". You'll be redirected to a page to confirm your unsubscription.
I haven't received my newsletter discount code. What should I do ?
- The code is automatically sent by email after subscribing. Don't forget to check your spam folder :)

Where are Gabrielle Paris products made ?
- All collections are designed and imagined in our offices in France. We then seek out the best manufacturing partners. A large portion is produces in India-an inspiring land known for its textile expertise. We also work with partners in France, Portugal, Belgium and Tunisia.
Where can I find Gabrielle Paris products ?
- We have over 300 retailers in France and around the world. To find a store near you, click here.

- Click "Register" in "First Visit"

I forgot my password. What should I do ?
- Click on "Forgot password" to rest it.

How can I update my personal details ?
- Log into "My account"
- Click on "Profile info"
- Update the desired information.

- Free shipping in mainland France for orders over €150 (excluding furniture).
My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do ?
- Please contact us quickly at contact@gabrielle-paris.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier (may take up to 15 days)
I didn't pick up my parcel at the collection point, what should I do ?
- Contact us by email : contact@gabrielle-paris.com.
- Once we receive the returned package (takes et least 7 days), we'll contact you to arrangea new shipment.
- France : 3 business days after your order is prepared
- Europe : 4-5 business days
- Rest of the world : 7-8 business days
- Furniture : 5 to 8 weeks
- Yes, within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags.
- Free returns in France (except sale or clearance items)
- After 14 days, return costs are the customer's responsibility
- International returns : customer pays shipping
- Embroidered items and furniture are non-returnable
- Go to "My account"
- Click on "Orders", and select the relevant order.
- Go to "Return Merchandise", check the items you wish to return and indicate the reason, then confirm the return.
- You can then find and download your return form (to include in the parcel) and your return label (to stick on the parcel) in the "My returns" section
I lost my return label. Where can I find it ?
- In your account, under "My returns", in the "Return Label" section "at the right"
I haven't received my refund yet. When will it be processed ?
- Refunds are issued within 15 days after your return is processed by our team.
How long does it take to prepare my order ?
- Orders are usually prepared within one business day. Shipping is guaranteed within 3 business days
- Please note that embroidered products require a longer preparation time (+5 days)
- Delays may be extended (+3 days) during special periods (holidays, sales, public holidays)
The status of my order hasn't changed, what's going on ?
- If we're in a special period (public holidays, festive seasons, sales..), order processing may take a bit longer (up to 3 extra days).
Is there a mistake in your order ?

- We can cancel your order only if it hasn't been shipped yet.

- Once your cancellation is confirmed, your order will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.
What payment methods can I use to pay for my order ?

How can I modify my order before it's shipped ?
- Before making any changes, please make sure your order hasn't been shipped yet.

Are the items in my cart reserved for me ?
- Items in your cart are not reserved until your order is confirmed.
I have a promo code, when should I enter it ?

I'm hesitating between two duvet cover colors of furniture finishes. Can I request samples ?

Will my furniture arrive assembled ?
- Poufs, benches and chairs are comme pre-assembled.
- Other furniture is easy to assemble (under 15 minutes)
- In France, Belgium and Spain, you can choose "Guisnel Premium" delivery : includes assembly, unpacking, and packaging removal.
Can I customize my furniture ?
- Our furniture range is available in semi-custom options. You can adjust the size, color, or finish.

What is the validity period of my gift card ?
- Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Enter your gift card code in the "Do you have a promo code ?" field at checkout.
- No, the gift card is non-refundable.
A product I love is out of stock, will it comme back ?
- To be notified when the product is back, simply sign up for the alert. You'll receive an email as soon as it's restocked.
- If the product is not restocked, it will be removed from the website.

My item has a defect, what should I do ?
