All collections are designed and imagined in our offices in France. We then seek out the best manufacturing partners. A large portion is produces in India-an inspiring land known for its textile expertise. We also work with partners in France, Portugal, Belgium and Tunisia.

  • Yes, within 14 days of delivery. We no longer accept returns beyond 30 days.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags.
    • Free returns in France (except sale or clearance items)
    • After 14 days, return costs are the customer's responsibility
    • International returns : customer pays shipping
    • Embroidered items and furniture are non-returnable

  • Go to "Return Merchandise", check the items you wish to return and indicate the reason, then confirm the return.
  • You can then find and download your return form (to include in the parcel) and your return label (to stick on the parcel) in the "My returns" section

  • Orders are usually prepared within one business day. Shipping is guaranteed within 3 business days
  • Please note that embroidered products require a longer preparation time (+5 days)
  • Delays may be extended (+3 days) during special periods (holidays, sales, public holidays) 

If we're in a special period (public holidays, festive seasons, sales..), order processing may take a bit longer (up to 3 extra days).

  • In France, Belgium and Spain, you can choose "Guisnel Premium" delivery : includes assembly, unpacking, and packaging removal. 
  • Our furniture range is available in semi-custom options. You can adjust the size, color, or finish.

No, the gift card is non-refundable.

  • To be notified when the product is back, simply sign up for the alert. You'll receive an email as soon as it's restocked.
