Care instructions

Lacquer finish:

• Use a dry microfiber cloth to avoid scratches.
• Do not use mild soap or solvents such as alcohol, turpentine or acetone.
• Avoid any cleaning product containing alcohol.

Fabric:

• Colors may fade with sun exposure or strong heat.
• Dust damages fabric: vacuum regularly to keep your furniture in good condition.
• Blot liquids immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth.
• Do not use bleach, ammonia or harsh cleaning products.

Delivery is handled by Guisnel in the following countries :

In France, delivery takes approximately 1 week to 10 days.

For other countries, delivery times range from 2 to 3 weeks depending on the destination.

In France, Belgium and Spain, delivery includes assembly, installation in the room of your choice, and removal of packaging.

In other countries, delivery is made to the doorstep or building entrance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and an email to confirm the delivery and choose a convenient date. One week before delivery, the route is finalized and you will be informed of a half-day time slot. 

Please note : if the delivery is not confirmed, it will not be scheduled.

RETURNS 

Returns accepted within 15 days from receipt of the product, at the customer’s expense.

Furniture items must be in perfect condition.
