CARE AND CLEANING

Always remove stains quickly before they can permanently damage the furniture.

Avoid placing them in direct sunlight or near a strong heat source to reduce the risk of color change.

Wood

As wood is a natural material, it can change color and patina over time.

For wood maintenance, we recommend using only a clean, dry cloth. If the surface is dirty, wipe with a clean cloth wrung out in water.

Do not use mild soap or solvents such as alcohol, turpentine or acetone.

Do not use cleaning products containing alcohol, as they may cause damage.

Lacquer

For lacquer, we advise you to use a dry microfiber cloth to avoid scratches.

Shipping within 5 to 8 weeks.

Delivery is handled by Guisnel in the following countries :

In France, delivery takes approximately 1 week to 10 days.

For other countries, delivery times range from 2 to 3 weeks depending on the destination.

In France, Belgium and Spain, delivery includes assembly, installation in the room of your choice, and removal of packaging.

In other countries, delivery is made to the doorstep or building entrance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and an email to confirm the delivery and choose a convenient date. One week before delivery, the route is finalized and you will be informed of a half-day time slot. 

Please note : if the delivery is not confirmed, it will not be scheduled.

RETURNS 

Returns accepted within 15 days from receipt of the product, at the customer’s expense.

Furniture items must be in perfect condition.
