How to care for my rug

• Vacuum your rug daily at low power in the direction of the jute fibers to avoid damage.
• Never rub spills; clean immediately by blotting with a dry, white, absorbent cloth.
• Warning: do not use corrosive products such as ammonia, hydrogen peroxide, or bleach.
• Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days after receipt of the order. Return shipping costs for rugs are the responsibility of the customer.

The rug must be returned in perfect condition:

• No signs of wear
• No marks from furniture
• No signs of use

Any rug showing signs of use or damage may be refused. We reserve the right to decline the return if these conditions are not met.
