How to care for my rug

• Vacuum your rug daily at low power in the direction of the wool fibers to avoid damage.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent towel, then clean with mild soap and cold water.
• Warning: do not use corrosive products such as ammonia, hydrogen peroxide, or bleach.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

The rug must be returned in perfect condition:

• No signs of wear
• No marks from furniture
• No signs of use

Any rug showing signs of use or damage may be refused. We reserve the right to decline the return if these conditions are not met.
