How to Maintain Your Mirror

• Always remove stains quickly before they can permanently damage the furniture.
• Avoid placing the mirror in direct sunlight or near strong heat sources to reduce the risk of discoloration.

Wood Care

Wood is a natural material that may change color and patina over time. For maintenance, we recommend using only a clean, dry cloth. If the surface is dirty, wipe with a clean cloth dampened with water.

Do not use mild soap or solvents such as alcohol, turpentine, or acetone. Avoid cleaning products containing alcohol, as they may damage the wood.

Delivery is handled by Guisnel in the following countries :

In France, delivery takes approximately 1 week to 10 days.

For other countries, delivery times range from 2 to 3 weeks depending on the destination.

In France, Belgium and Spain, delivery includes assembly, installation in the room of your choice, and removal of packaging.

In other countries, delivery is made to the doorstep or building entrance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and an email to confirm the delivery and choose a convenient date. One week before delivery, the route is finalized and you will be informed of a half-day time slot. 

Please note : if the delivery is not confirmed, it will not be scheduled.

RETURNS 

Returns accepted within 15 days from receipt of the product, at the customer’s expense. Furniture items must be in perfect condition.
