Details material covering:

- Our outdoor fabric in 100% recycled Polypropylene is made in Italy. It is resistant to light, mildew and dust mites, anti-water and dries quickly

- Our recycled polypropylene (92% recycled polypropylene, 8% polyester) outdoor curtain is made in Italy. It is light, mildew and dust mite resistant, water repellent and quick drying.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wood:

Maintenance of exterior wood is done every year with an oil or a varnish, to maintain the original color of the wood (Iroko). You can also let the wood "age" naturally, it will then take on a gray color with time.

Fabric:

Dust damages fabrics. Regular vacuuming is recommended to keep your furniture in good condition as long as possible.

Absorb liquids immediately with a clean absorbent cloth, dabbing gently toward the center of the stain. Do not use concentrated detergents or bleach, ammonia or other aggressive products.

In case of stains, we advise you to remove the covers and to clean them in the washing machine at 30°C (delicate program, no tumble dryer).

DELIVERY

Shipping within 5 to 8 weeks.

Delivery is handled by Guisnel in the following countries :

In France, delivery takes approximately 1 week to 10 days.

For other countries, delivery times range from 2 to 3 weeks depending on the destination.

In France, Belgium and Spain, delivery includes assembly, installation in the room of your choice, and removal of packaging.

In other countries, delivery is made to the doorstep or building entrance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and an email to confirm the delivery and choose a convenient date. One week before delivery, the route is finalized and you will be informed of a half-day time slot. 

Please note : if the delivery is not confirmed, it will not be scheduled.

RETURNS 

As part of our responsible manufacturing approach, our furniture pieces are produced in small series or made to order.

This is why we do not accept returns on this category.
